Electronic Engineering Technician

Summary:

This is a multi-functional support position for the engineering department.  The position requires a wide range of knowledge: builds, tests, troubleshoots and repairs developmental and production electronic equipment following standard procedures.  Position will assemble experimental circuitry as directed, working from instructions and technical manuals using knowledge of electronic systems, components and their functions.  Set up and calibrate equipment to test circuitry, also conducts functional, operational, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability.  Adjusts, calibrates, aligns and modifies circuits and components.  Administrating the document control process, must be able to document and organize test results and record effects on unit performance.

We are a world leader in underwater lighting, video and pleasure boating Thru-Hull Lights.  In October 2007 we moved into our new 36,000 square foot building where we plan to continue building and growing the business through innovative, yet focused new product development.  Our goal is to maintain a moderate, but steady level of profitable growth in the future.
