Electrical Engineer with Power Supply/EMI Expertise
Our client provides solutions for satellite and wireless communications, offering brands market leaders trust.Â
Offering a new range of communications products and services with the same high quality their clients rely upon, they have a an opening for an electrical engineer with power supply/EMI design expertise.
Located in Southern York County Pennsylvania, our client has an exciting opportunity that includes: Developing DC/DC power converters and EMI suppresion for military products. Specification writing and circuit design, including magnetics, thermal management, design verification testing, customer design reviews and participation in proposals. Interface with various personnel, backgrounds and disciplines.
Requirements: 10+ years of proven experience developing DC/DC power converters for military applications compliant to military standards. Knowledge of power switching topologies, magnetics design, filter design, EMI compliance strategies, feedback control loops, compact packaging and applied military standards involving EMI, surge/spike, noise suppression/protection is essential. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain security clearance. BSEE or equivalent related technical expertise. Demonstrated MIL-STD design experience.
