Electrical Engineer to $75,000
Great Company Offering Professional Challenges & Advancement!
Our client is a major supplierof equipment to the agricultural industry. They need to add another Electrical Engineer to their staff to work on new product development and maintenance of existing products. The key to the job is experience in circuit design of controls.
Requirements:
1. BS Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline and 5+ years of circuit design of controls experience including analog and embedded controls design and development. (PLCs is NOT relevant for this job)
2. Experience doing C programming
3. Ability to design down to the component level, including PC Board layout
4. Experience with electronic design tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and spectrum analyzers is expected.
5. Knowledge of UL, CSA and CE is helpful
Duties:
1. Develop proprietary embedded control systems for agricultural equipment
2. Work with projects from cradle to grave and down to the component level.
3. Incorporate serial communications and sensors into the hardware
4. Design and execute testing for theses products, including the use of Oscilloscopes and Voltmeters
5. Work on cost reduction and process improvement projects
