Director, New Business Development & Sales-Commercial Products
We are currently seeking a Director, New Business Development & Sales-Commercial Products for our CE Division. This position will be based in Lincolnshire, IL.
The Director, New Business Development & Sales-Commercial Products will be responsible for developing and growing new digital signage business, closing deals made by sales force, and determining the solutions required to meet customer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
· Develop new business (digital signage) and design solutions for products
· Act as Project Manager from concept to delivery of products
· Develop revenue sharing plans
· Establish and meet sales targets and goals of business channel
· Work with Vice President and senior level managers to establish channel strategy in conjunction with directives set forth by senior management
· Communicate to senior management market conditions and trends that impact company’s success in the market place
· Develop and execute strategy for trade shows
· Attend and sell/exhibit products at regional and national industry shows specific to the product line
· Work with Marketing Managers to develop advertising schedules and media selection
· Communicate to the sales team key initiatives, strategy changes, corporate process and procedures
· 50% travel required
Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MBA preferred
· Must have 5 plus years Digital Signage sales management experience, leading large national sales force
· Demonstrated track record of building Commercial Digital Signage business
· Have managed minimum 15 to 20 person national sales team
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software
