Responsibilities

 The Director is responsible for the people, process, and systems.Will be managing a current group of 5 managersInterfaces heavily with numerous internal groups: marketing, sales, operations, QA, finance, engineering.  Since we now do 100% assembly at subcontractors there is heavy interface with various vendors as well.While IT will provide integration and maintenance support of all systems used by planning, the data integrity, the value that the systems provide, and the report content are all driven by the Director Business Planning and is responsible for creating a robust system.  Planners and Operations Management are involved with daily executionResponsible for offshore planning in Penang and Singapore 

Requirements

 Familiar with SAP for Order Management, Workstream for WIP tracking, Adexa for Supply Chain Planning and Demand plan creation.  You will be using Cognos as the enterprise reporting toolExcellent Excel skills requiredMust be knowledgeable in the following key metrics: OTD (On Time Delivery), Inventory Value, Cycle Time, Capacity, Yield, Key Product tracking, major projects and forecast accuracy
