Job Description
This position is part of the Technology Planning group. The responsibility of this group is to define the overall technology architecture, Research, design, plan, develop, test/certify and rollout new technologies for current and future product/service releases of all data services networks maintained by MediaFLO USA.

Device Support is responsible for assisting with general device activities across the entire division.

-Device provisioning
-Device debug
-Work with development groups to file/track issues
-Work with other Tech Planning team members to debug issues; should be willing and able to acquire limited server debug skills on the job
- Assist NOC carrier support group
- Create device guides
- Field test/debug support (some travel required)
- Device test support/participation; helping with device test activities

Skills/Experience
3+ years experience in the wireless industry

BREW development and/or debug experience

Windows Mobile development/debug experience desired

Unix experience a plus

Customer service oriented

Additional Skills

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering required.
