You will lead a team of 5 to 10 people developing Power Amplifier Modules and Transmit Modules for Cellular phones. You will supervise GaAs and Silicon IC designers, substrate designers, test engineers and test technicians. Your responsibilities include influence of product definition, design of IC's and substrates, development of test systems, and introduction to manufacturing. As an expert in RF module development, you will work with customers as TriQuint's technical representative and project leader. - Experience designing GaAs HBT or PHEMT Power Amplifiers or Tx Modules for Cellular Phones- Experience with ADS, AWR MO, and EM simulation software is required- Knowledge of wirelesses standards such as GSM, and WCDMA is desired- Experience leading a wireless product development team from concept to manufacturing- Good communication and presentation skills with Microsoft Office tools- BSEE with 10+ years of experience in RF Engineering RESPOND HERE!
