Customer Service - Production Planner

Immediate need for an individual in our customer service department to act as a liason between Sparton and the customer.  This individual will manage customer relations concerning work-in-progress and will provide quality service to our customers and real time responses.  Responsibilities will include developing, maintaining and communicating sales order requirements from the customer to manufacturing, ensuring all activities and projects are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

 

Qualified candidates will have effective communication skills both written and oral in addition to proven customer service skills.  Candidates should also have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, experience may be substituted.  Candidates must be computer literate and experience with material resource planning systems is a plus.
