STMicroelectronics is searching for Corporate Payroll Manager. The successful candidate will supervises all activities necessary for the oversight of payroll operation for STMicroelectronics Region Americas

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Performs or supervises all activities necessary to process multi-state payrolls.

  • Respond to complex payroll and time and attendance systems questions.

  • Responsible for testing, troubleshooting and upgrading systems as well as training of staff on

    system functions, queries and operating procedures.

   • Provide Management with reports and information requested.

   • Plan, establish priorities, assign work, monitor progress and evaluate results.

   • Lead and/or represent the payroll function in workgroups/projects to enhance system   

     functionality.

   • Manage the administration of federal and state tax reporting and payroll deductions.

   • Inpatriates and expatriates payroll processing and tax experience

   • Experience using in-house payroll systems and electronic time keeping systems 

     (PeopleSoft and Kronos a plus)

   • Knowledge of Federal and State garnishment processing

   • Canadian payroll processing experience

 

EDUCATION

   •Bachelors with a CPP designation and 5+ years experience .
