Fluke is looking for a talented Contracts Administrator Specialist to work in a fast-paced, high-tech development environment. The ideal candidate will review major bids and proposals of a wide scope and complex nature for technical, production, financial and administrative requirements. In addition you will use your skills to act as an in house consultant responsible for the most complex government and commercial contracts the majority of the time as well as analyze and coordinate data with all departments to obtain and prepare for the execution of complex commercial and government bids, proposals and contracts. Administer resultant contracts.

Responsibiliities:
• Review and analyze bids and proposals for compliance with general company policy.
• Conduct technical meetings with product groups to evaluate compliance with specifications
• and termsand conditions of bids and proposals.
• Coordinate responses from engineering, manufacturing, legal and other involved departments
• withthesales group to prepare for final execution of bids and proposals.
• Conduct pricing meetings to ensure all costs are identified and the most likely competitive position is
• considered.
• Conduct all negotiations with customer to ensure the needs of the company and the customer are met.
• Review awarded contracts and coordinate contract requirements with engineering, manufacturing and
• other involved departments to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain constant liaison with all involved departments to process questions and resolve problems
• and variances that may occur during the contract term.
• Review and negotiate all change orders and modifications to contracts.
• Create appropriate contracts to support implementation of new business practices and product group
• marketing programs.
• Responsible for the most complex unusual and large contracts.
• Train lower level staff; perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
• Thorough knowledge of commercial contracting practices and government procurement regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of contract construction and administration, as well as company policies, procedures and marketing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of 10 years experience in contract administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in an electronics environment is desirable.
