This position will provide pre-sales technical consulting for the Arrow team and EMC resellers and will also work closely with EMC technical resources. The Storage Configuration Engineer will be the focal point for configuring EMC storage solutions using the Channel Xpress configuration tool. This position may be utilized to deliver training modules to resellers in person or via the internet.Requirements for this position include but are not limited to: · Technical understanding of enterprise storage systems and experience in configuring storage solutions. · 2-3 years of Storage configuration or Systems or IT administration required. · Successful candidates will also possess solid consultative, communication, and organizational skills, as well as sales knowledge, and the ability to apply these in a fast-paced environment. · Working knowledge of EMC storage systems and Channel Xpress would be beneficial.We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, employee stock ownership plan, health and dental plans, 401(k), and a unique sabbatical program.
