Compliance Associate 1 Experience (Years): .. Overview: Contract Administrator Arrow Electronics, Inc. Alpharetta, GA At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator in our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsible for performing a variety of functions which support Arrow's contracts processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: (list in order of importance, with most important being first) - Assist the Business Development team with reviewing and submitting IBM applications for new Business Partners. - Assist Field/Sales Representatives and Business Partners directly with requirements and submittal of IBM applications for additional VAEs, platforms, mergers/acquisitions, name changes, address changes, etc. - Create and maintain records within databases with Business Partner status. - Ensure understanding of vendor compliance and contract requirements. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Educational Requirement - Bachelors Degree from a four year college or university; or an Associate Degree with two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Years of related experience - Any required certifications - none - Other requirements - Ability to organize and manage workflow; Ability to maintain a professional attitude while working with diverse personalities; Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to prioritize and multi-task oriented; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Demonstrates competence in moderately complex administrative skills including the ability to analyze and apply vendor related, company and departmental procedures to a variety of situations.
