Compensation Analyst
Canon USA is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our team. The Analyst maintains and analyzes various types of compensation information. Participates in compensation surveys, coordinates job descriptions, and prepares and analyzes survey data. May assist in the preparation of merit budget and the development of salary ranges. Job responsibilities include: • Conducts thorough job and market analysis and job evaluations for newly created, significantly modified, or previously unevaluated positions. • Gathers and analyzes benchmark data from various survey sources. Develops and/or participates in local, regional and national compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position. • Performs market analysis, internal analysis for year-end processes, including Success Sharing bonus program, performance appraisals and annual merit increases. Works with local HR, HRIS and management to perform all logistical processes involved. To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor's degree plus at least 1 year of compensation experience.
