At present, we have excellent opportunities for Collection Associates in our Englewood, CO location. The Collection Associate shall maintain the integrity of assigned Accounts Receivable portfolio by collecting to terms, working with internal and external customers to resolve disputes, and making credit decisions based on individual approval levels to facilitate orders while managing risk. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Collecting to terms - Negotiating payment plans - Order release review - A/R dispute resolution - Daily interactions with sales team to facilitate billing or customer related issuesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Years of related experience 1-3 years - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook - Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills - Any required certifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Associates or Bachelor's level degree in Accounting or Finance - 1-3 years credit and commercial collection in distribution industry - Comprehensive understanding of billing and shipping, warehouse, corporate, and sales functions. - Advanced knowledge of MS Office - Experience using Oracle (11i) Please visit our careers website and apply online at www.arrow.com/careers job ID #9322, Collections Associates.
