Job Description: This position is responsible for the planning and managing of the process redesign/reengineering efforts that relates to TS businesses’ planned SAP implementation on a global scale. This is a key role in process alignment preparation and subsequent process reengineering necessary for successful SAP implementation. Also be responsible for defining the methodology for process design, lead process improvement and measurement activities that are aligned to key business initiatives, execute projects that serve to increase productivity and operational efficiencies. Individual must be able to identify and analyze a process performance issue, leading & lagging indicators, and determine the most appropriate method for improving the performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree and experience in process redesign and change management ( Masters Degree is a plus) 3-5 years of experience in process redesign and information systems implementation delivering tangible business benefits Knowledge of ERP systems and technologies such as SAP. 2-3 years of experience in working with SAP or other ERP system on business process modeling at various phases of system implementation. Proven track record for leading projects and teams that deliver tangible results. Experience with process redesign, lean and/or Six Sigma Demonstrated ability to partner with other business leaders and execute cross functional projects or process improvement efforts Ability to bring changes to business processes through recognised leadership skills and expertise Excellent influencing skills- experience in successfully getting buy in from multiple stakeholders. Ability to lead cross functional teams and leaders Good presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written Broad strategic thinker, with clear vision and direction of world-class process improvement A passion for making significant business improvements Respected and trusted individual with a proven track record of achievement, solid functional expertise skills and a reputation as a leader of change Ability to Coach & Mentor Operational Excellence team members and individuals in the business on ways to utilize various process implementation methodologies to address business challenges Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data in order to determine performance challenges and identify opportunities for improvement Certifications It is preferred that the applicant possess at least one of the following or similar certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt Dr. Michael Hammer Process Mastery certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for Regional implementation of SAP processes within Technology Solution Business. Candidate will be working with Business Genetics and SAP Core team during Regional design / business blue print, Build-test/Realization, Final preparation and go live phases including business modeling, validation, determining discrepancies and addressing them at each phases. Also be responsible for ongoing support to the business. Work with Global SAP Change agent to ensure all future state processes are validated, deployed. Provide process training for all mega users in the business (Regional specific). Identify and analyze root causes of poor process performance and determine which process improvement techniques(s) will provide the most effective mechanism to improve the process Establish the critical success factors that will be used to measure the success of the process improvement efforts Develop the plan and lead the effort to implement new processes Work with all levels of the organization from senior business unit leaders and corporate management to individual professionals Work collaboratively with the information systems analysts to define the processes and business requirements for supporting applications Analyze data to ascertain process challenges and identify opportunities to improve performance Our compensation and benefits package includes a competitive wage or salary, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation days and 401(k).
