We are currently seeking a Central Station Operator in our Chanhassen, Minnesota location. Day shifts available. This is a rotating shift schedule (every other weekend and holidays). A scheduled day is 10 hours – will work 30 hours one week, 40 hours the next. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Monitors and dispatches incoming calls and alarm signals. Responds to customer calls with prompt, helpful information.POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 1 year customer service experience 1 year call center experience 35 wpm keyboarding skills Excellent customer service philosophy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to deal with urgent crisis situations in a calm and professional manner.
