To apply, scroll back up and click on the link to Apply Now! • Responsible for all Customer Service activities for a defined territory assignment. • Daily interaction with various field offices, reps and distributors to satisfy customer requirements. • Duties include quoting, pricing, scheduling, order entry and expediting in our SAP system. • Working with product management to resolve any and all issues based on customer requests. • Must possess a high level of confidence to utilize own judgment in decision-making situations. • Strong organizational abilities. • Must be able to prioritize and employ effective time management skills. • Must be comfortable working with employees, customers, and management at every level of an organization. • HS diploma and 5+ years Customer Service related experience. Would prefer a college degree, but will consider equivalent experience. • Must be familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook. • SAP experience preferred.
