Business Unit Engineering Manager, Electronics, Aerospace

Our client is a top 10 EMS provider and we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager for one of their business units. The ideal skills/experience would be:

1. BS technical degree

2. 10 plus years in engineering management in a SMT-Box build environment

3. 3-5 years in the EMS industry

4. Very strong NPI background & understanding of price models of competitors

5. Strong Aerospace/ Defense electronics experience

6. Background working in a very strong matrix organization
