Billing/Leasing Coordinator
Toshiba Business Solutions California, a subsidiary corporation that is part of the Toshiba corporate family, is looking to add qualified employees to keep pace with our industry leading growth. We are currently seeking Billing/Leasing Coordinator candidates for a full-time position at our Corporate Office in Hayward. We offer many great benefits.
General duties include monitoring and maintaining day to day activity in the Leasing/Equipment Billing Department. General tasks but not all inclusive would be entering equipment orders, invoicing equipment, maintaining sales recaps and equipment logs and quoting buyouts.
Skills Required
Minimum of one year experience in an administrative support function.
Must have a strong financial background
Able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
Extremely detail oriented, self starter.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
