Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative II

Summary Statement:Advise and serve customers by providing customer service, data entry, estimate, invoice, and filing services.Representative Duties:  Â· Customer support by phone, fax, email and in person.· Provide data entry services for items returned for service.· Provide estimate processing services as required.· Provide data entry service for order editing prior to shipment.· Provide invoice confirmation and review services. · Provide outgoing repair data entry services.· Provide filing services.· Other duties as required.  Requirements: (1 year of college is equivalent to 2 years of experience)· 1 year of college or 2 years related experience.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English as a primary language and Spanish as second language.· Good computer skills, preferably in Windows environment· Good problem solving skills.· Excellent math skills.· Enjoys working with people in a team environment.· Experience in audio industry helpful. · Technical knowledge of Shure products or the interest and aptitude to learn. APPLY NOW!
