Currently, we have an opening for an Associate Product Manager in our Parsippany, NJ facility.  The responsibilities for this position include:

 

 

·  Support all product Managers for all categories (USD, Flash, Memory, Graphics) in day to day tactical and operational functions.

·  Coordination of data between Product Managers, Operations, Procurement and Engineering, BOM (Bill of Materials) updating, parts creation, ECRs, RTEs, SPRs, EDRs, etc.

·  Provide administrative support to all Product Managers

·  Provide consolidated reports for each category on a daily, weekly (or other interval as appropriate) basis related to inventory, back-log, forecast, etc.

·  Attend weekly NPI meetings and track action items across departments and ensure timely completion of tasks on a week to week basis

·  Perform competitive analysis to identify and assess alternative products or additional line items

·  Conduct “store shopsâ€� to determine retail assortment and pricing

·  Roadmap analysis-tracking progress against plan

·  Assist in coordinating with Sales, Production Control, Operations and Procurement to forecast and allocate assigned products

·  Communicate trends and assist in providing ideas for new products with NPI Manager and Product Manager

·  Assist in review and analysis of NPD ( or other market/industry) data to determine competitive market share and communicate via monthly category reports

·  Travel as needed to customers for Marketing/Sales presentations and to consumer/tradeshows

·  Assist in other areas, as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or equivalent

· 2-3 years relevant experience in marketing and/or product management

· Excellent oral and written communications skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment

· Good analytical skills

· Strong MS Office skills

· Ability to travel as needed
