Opportunity
In this highly visible role you would be a part of the marketing group within the Signal Path Group organization. You would be involved in driving the execution of several strategic initiatives across the company.
This opportunity would suit a highly motivated individual who has a good technical (analog) background in system design or applications engineering and who wishes to move into a more marketing oriented role.
Responsibilities
Develop the internal and external training strategy and drive its execution in collaboration with Worldwide Marketing/Sales and the Power Management Group. This involves:
Working across organizations and at high management level to develop the customer training planActively contributing to the creation of technical materialMentoring other applications engineers to ensure that the material created meet technical standards and capture the corporate messageReviewing the material created for technical accuracy
Drive collaboration across Marketing and Applications, across Product Lines and Business Units, and across Product Groups to ensure the technical material created spans across all products and address the needs of specific end applications.
Drive collaboration to ensure content developed for a specific training type is re-used across the company.
Define and create segment specific marketing collateral. Develop competitive analysis in key market segments.
Requirements
The above opportunity would require the ability to communicate clearly with top management. Analog semiconductor experience a must! Minimum education/experience: 5 to 8 years with BS or International equivalent; 4 to 7 years with MS or International equivalent; 2 to 4 years with Ph.D. or International equivalent.
