Description: A growing company with highly innovative products and an exciting future is seeking an Applications Engineer with component bonding experience. Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers and field sales personnel on engineering projects Work on new product development and introduction Assist in convincing customers about the company’s products with technical explanations Provide technical training Write application notes and technical papers Requirements: BS in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or BSEE 3 – 5 years of process engineering experience Good knowledge of microelectronic assembly, thermal processing and bonding on the nano level Solid experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Hands-on bench level testing experience.
