Analog IC Manager Wireless

 

The candidate will manage an analog IC design team to develop mixed signal ICs for consumer wireless communications equipment. The candidate will lead the development of the analog system of the device: providing technical leadership, maintaining design schedules, performing resource allocation, and collaborating with the other teams. The candidate will be also expected to provide important technical contribution to differentiate the products in the market.

 

Requirements

* Excellent knowledge of MOS transistors and analog circuit design. 

* Experience of having introduced at least one product to market as a team leader.

* Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to motivate a team.

* Excellent design skills in several of the following areas:

- Design of low noise circuits

- Design of power management circuits for mobile applications (DCDC and LDO regulators,

  battery management/charging),

- Design of audio circuits,

- Design of phase detectors, ring oscillators, LC-VCOs, PLLs,

- Analysis in time and frequency domains

 

Education

* PHD or Master / Electrical Engineer

 

Experience

*  7 + years
