Administrative Assistant - Contracts and Billing

Job Purpose:

 

Manage customer accounts and contracts to ensure accurate company records. Assist with office duties and customer relations.

 

Duties:

 

* Monthly Maintenance Billings - Gathering customer info and inputting into our custom data base.  

* Reviewing customer contracts

* Customer Supply Orders and Invoicing

* Answer phones and Greet customers

* Customer relations

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

Must have good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software. Training will be provided. Detail oriented and self motivator.
