Account Manager (Electronic High-tech Manufactured Products) â€“ Naperville, Chicago – Attractive Salary, Bonus and Blue Chip Benefits CLIENT – A truly diverse company supplying customers in 60 countries around the world with revenue of $18 Billion and employing almost 120,000 people worldwide.  This particular business division is the worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of custom battery packs and systems for any portable electronic device or stationery back up power need.  With a dedicated team of innovative designers and engineers, trained to develop the perfect solution within your power, space, weight and cost parameters.  THE CANDIDATE - will have to meet the following criteria:  Minimum of two years sales experience within the manufacturing of high-tech electronic products industry. Will have a College degree in business, engineering or related field Will have two to four years experience in sales or sales support within light manufacturing industry. ROLE – Account Manager – reporting to the Product Team Manager this role is directly responsible for the following: To develop strategic business relationships with customers in order to maximise sales contribution.  You will have involvement in the customer programs in order to achieve qualification approvals for new programs and revise existing programs.  You will also have accountability to forecast current and future business opportunities and co-ordinate sales and program activities. - Coordinate sales effort in order to attain sales of battery packs.- Enhance customer relations.- Identify new customer programs and changes to existing programs.- Assist in costing and pricing.- Obtain forecasts from customers, input into internal systems and coordinate Europe/Asia forecasts.- Obtain qualification approval for existing and new customer programs; coordinate with project managers.- Assist customer with effort in Asia and Europe.- Team with customer, management, purchasing and production to effect efficient use of resources and on-time delivery to customer.- Responsible for maximising sales and profitability.   Additional Information Location: Naperville, Chicago Status: Full Time, Employee Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Reference Code: ACTE - GCSD Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Salary/Wage: 40,000.00 - 70,000.00 USD /yearbonus scheme Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Contact: Graeme Cowan Solutions Driven Apply by Email Apply Online View all "Solutions Driven" jobs
