Account Development Representative - B2B - Inside Sales/Telesales

Remee Products Corporation, a manufacturer of communications wire and fiber optic cable, is seeking bright, imaginative, and self-directed individuals to fill key positions in our new Account Development Team. This exciting and unique B-2-B telesales position requires individuals to generate and then manage new business accounts. As an Account Development Representative (ADR) you will be involved in all aspects of the sales process; from lead generation to closing sales.

This fast paced telesales position provides excellent career and compensation growth opportunities in a challenging and exciting atmosphere. Most ADR’s will be able to significantly increase their compensation in their first year.

 

Requirements:

 

A successful candidate must be able to work effectively over the phone to accomplish the objectives for this position. Limited travel may be required to participate in appropriate trade shows.

 

Successful track record with annual quotas for 1+ years in a telesales role. Strong prospecting, lead generation, creating customer interest, qualifying, need identification/creation, presenting client value solutions, closing, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, eager to learn, self confident, creative, persuasive, appreciate a challenge, able to cope with rejection, persistent, competitive, and a team player. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and contact management or CRM applications.

 

Education and Experience:

 

·         Bachelor degree and 1+ years of telesales experience.

·         Industry experience preferred.
