We are seeking an individual who has experience in new semiconductor product evaluation. This individual will have a working knowledge of automatic test equipment (ATE) along with communication theory. Responsible for performing product characterization, knowledgeable of statistics and evaluating experiments using orthogonal designs.


Skills/Experience
Experienced in HP93K automatic test equipment test development and has a background in device physics and communication theory.
