Women's Soccer Assistant Coach 1st

Position Summary

 Assist in all aspects of coaching Women's Soccer (assist head coach in all areas of game preparation, practice planning and game plan tactics/implementation), as well as player development.

 Serve as recruiting coordinator, handling national recruiting of outstanding student-athletes.

 Adhere to Ivy League, ECAC and NCAA rules and regulations.

 Work within the framework of the Department of Athletics administration and coaches.

 Communicate effectively with students, faculty, administration, staff and alumni.

Essential Qualifications

 Baccalaureate degree.

 Successful background in coaching, preferably at the collegiate level.

 Previous recruiting experience.

 Collegiate playing experience.

 Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

 Functional computer skills.

Successfully pass NCAA recruiting examination within four months of hire.

 First Aid, AED, and CPR certification within four months of hire.



The finalist will be required to successfully pass a background check.
