Special Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:

Extensive knowledge of Voice and Data Cable instalations.

Ability to Dress In and Terminate Patch panels and wallplates.

Able to read communications blueprints.

Troubleshooting skills (wireless, ethernet, and fiber optics)

Ability to use basic telecom test equipment (tone generators, cable testers, fiber optic test equipment, and telephone test set)

Ability to climb ladders and install voice and data cabling systems according to specs given with little supervision.

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

Good communication skills
