The Princeton University Mathematics Department is offering a half-time appointment as an Associate Research Scholar for a three-year term to begin on September 1, 2011 through July 1, 2014. The successful candidate will be expected to teach one undergraduate course each semester, and will be appointed as a Lecturer when teaching. Another important aspect of this position will be the coordination and development of new undergraduate courses (with a specific emphasis in mathematical biology) working with our Department Representative and Associate Department Representative throughout the year. This position requires a Ph.D. in mathematics or a related subject as well as experience teaching multi-sectioned undergraduate courses.
