Campus Support Center (Corporate Headquarters) - Santa Ana, CA Req #: 08-0676 General Duties: Work with the project team and business analysts to develop a comprehensive understanding of the processes and procedures associated with the new student system. Design online and paper based procedures manuals, job aids, reference materials, assessments, evaluations, and surveys. Deliver instructor-led and online training to end users of the new student management system as well as the four interfaced portals. Design and develop participant-oriented learning activities. Develop and maintain a content management/change control system for online and on-ground training materials. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor degree preferred Ability to travel up to 25-40 percent of each annually. 3 to 5 years instructional design/content development experience 3 to 5 years training delivery experience Comprehensive experience with using Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Captivate, Flash, PhotoShop, Blackboard, and Snag-It. Strong verbal and written communication skills Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principals and the ability to apply those principals to online and instructor-led training courses. Excellent project coordination skills Experience preparing world-class professional training manuals, presentations, and training courses Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team of training professions We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefit package including a comprehensive health care program and a 401k plan.
