Training Developer

We offer the perfect professional mix; the work environment of a private company with the benefits of a publicly traded brand.We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to design, develop and maintain an e-learning training curriculum for our financial aid staff. - Consult with subject matter experts in other departments to develop course materials for the residential Financial Aid staff- Design and development training courses- Revise training materials as needed to maintain accurate documentation- Assist in the implementation of training programs to campuses- Assist in special projects as assignedQualifications:- Bachelors Degree required - Should have at least minimum 3 years experience in training delivery and development- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of instructional design theories is desired, but not mandatory- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be detail oriented and have solid organizational, time & task management skills- Strong customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude- Ability to learn complex, detailed processes and meet deadlinesWe offer a highly competitive compensation package in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
