TRAINING COORDINATOR

Responsible for the development and coordination of Driver Orientation and the Student Training Program for our growing transportation company in

Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities to include:

* Instructing new drivers on company policies and procedures

* Analyze training needs for development of new strategies

* Modify and improve existing programs

* Responsible for continuous and remedial training

* Develop and update training manuals

* Handles related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* Strong interpersonal skills essential

* Training preparation experience

* CDL-A license

* Knowledge of Flatbed securement regulations

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word & Excel
