Test Services Planner
The Test Services Planner works with a team of planners to recruit, engage, schedule, & manage assigned sites and proctors to deliver test administrations for their assigned paper/pencil programs. In this role, the TS Planner is responsible for selecting & scheduling sites and proctors in coordination with the Program Management, Candidate Services, & Distribution Teams.  Utilizing a variety of tools & applications, the TS Planner manages the work streams associated with sourcing, planning, scheduling, staffing, tracking, time attendance reporting, & invoicing for both sites & proctors. Position will require working under tight time lines or limitations, as well as "on call" for weekend test administrations.
Principle Responsibilities:
• Plans & manages all day-to-day aspects and activities for assigned programs, including coordination of client program needs with Program Management Team; duties include recruiting, contracting & scheduling test sites, & coordinating/scheduling proctors to meet client/candidate operational & service level agreements (SLAs).• Collaborate with Program Management, Candidate Services, & Distribution staffs to plan & execute clients' contractual obligations & SLA's related to test delivery; implement • Utilizing staff & application/accounting software, manage related workflow processes, deliverables, and system interfaces aligned with site/proctor expense management & productivity objectives; • Plans, manages and balances workloads across multiple client test delivery schedules, deliverables, and performance of assigned test sites and proctor/staffing for test administrations; • Responsible for planning, tracking, and reporting on test administration services metrics.• Collaborate with Human Resources to interview and hire new proctors. Recruit and contract new sites in markets requiring paper based testing.• Other duties related to the success of Test Administration Services as assigned. Â
Experience and Skills:
Education:Â
• High School diploma required; Associates degree in business administration, organizational development, industrial relations or similar preferred.
Work Experience:Â
• Demonstrated prior working experience with coordination/planning/scheduling of non-company resources & assets to deliver customer requirements is basis of business model OR production/services planning environment;• Experience in scheduling/coordinating geographically & skill diverse work force pref.• Demonstrated experience directing the work of others towards achievement of goals and objectives;• Ability to be flexible in working days/ hours with limited "on call" weekends as business needs dictate;• Exposure to basic general accounting principles including payroll and accounts payable preferred; • Working knowledge of business & operations flow analysis techniques; and,• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
