Our DIRECT CLIENT has an immediate opening for a Technical Trainer / Curriculum Designer. Our client is seeking an experienced trainer to provide training to end-users of our healthcare anti-fraud software applications (the STARS* suite of products), and other software products as necessary. Our client is seeking an experienced trainer to provide training to end-users of our client/server STARS* application, as well as STARSentinel and other software products as necessary. The trainer will be expected to comprehensively learn the STARS software application, and to become proficient at relating its functionality to clients* business requirements and workflows. The Training Specialist*s primary responsibility is developing, coordinating, and delivering training, both internally and externally. As a secondary responsibility, the trainer is required to offer product knowledge to our client customer support, sales support, product testing, and product development teams. The trainer also provides hands-on support during implementations.

* 2-5 years of technical software training experience, including delivering Internet-based training
* Instructional design and curriculum development experience
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to review and edit documentation to improve clarity and usability
* Good interpersonal skills and customer presence
* Excellent verbal and written communications
* Strong customer focus
* Positive attitude
* Self-starter; comfortable working autonomously as well as being a good team player
* Must possess or be able to obtain a passport
* Travel approximately 25% of the time
* Healthcare billing/back-office knowledge a plus
