Support Professional

Help us support our members! Immediate support center position opening in nonprofit organization located in Philadelphia, PA.  Join us in meeting the needs of our members.

 

As a support professional, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of orders, coordinating requests for service, maintaining files, responding to member inquiries about services, and performing other related activities.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Minimum of two years experience in administrative sales or support activities. The ideal candidate must be organized, be able to prioritize and adapt to changing needs, and have excellent verbal, math, and computer skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel, Access, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and as a member of a customer-service oriented team are a must.
