Student Accounts Officer

National Massage Therapy Institute is one of the country's leading therapeutic massage schools with several locations in the Mid-Atlantic. We are currently seeking a Student Accounts Officer for our location in Philadelphia, PA.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and organized candidate with the following qualifications:

• Responsibilities include billing and collections, establishing and monitoring payment plans, posting Title IV aid, and processing student refunds.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in collections or financial aid.

• This person will be a team player possessing excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential attributes.

• Excellent references from prior employers.

• Familiarity in the utilization of Financial Aid software such as CampusVue is a plus.
