Student Accounts Clerk - Part-Time

STUDENT ACCOUNTS CLERK, PART TIME – 30 hours per weekIndividual must be a high school graduate. The candidate works with students and maintains student accounts and records. This position requires strong computer skills (Word and Excel), good communication skills, good customer service skills, ability to operate a 10-key by touch, and a business background and collection experience is preferred. Job responsibilities include: Working with students and maintaining student accounts and records. Resolving/interpreting rules, procedures, and policies to assist customers/students to simplify decision making. Should be detailed-oriented and able to multi-task. Using a degree of creativity and initiative to perform work and to solve problems. Cooperating with and assisting other employees/work units. Demonstrating a positive Christian attitude towards students, staff, and the public.
