Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of subcontract invoice payments, acting as the Laboratory's Point of Contact for Conference Management financial and policy/procedure matters, reconciling various accounts with Princeton University's financial records, and completing a variety of general accounting functions.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting and a strong record of academic achievement. Work experience in accounting is a plus. Other essential qualifications include: excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, problem solving and organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently; and a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
