This position is responsible for managing a team of software developers in building a state of the art web-based software product for a fast growing educational startup organization. 

You must have a minimum of a BS/BA from a nationally ranked college or university.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage multiple projects across varying functional areas.

· Develop requirements, tasks, estimates, project plans, test plans, etc.

· Ensure projects are meeting business objectives.

· Provide reporting on project milestones and deliverables to executive staff.

· Participate in task organization and prioritization processes.

· Contribute towards maintaining and improving team efficiencies.

Requirements

· Must have a very strong work ethic, this is critical for a startup organization like ours.

· 2 to 3 years work experience with success in managing complex software and web product projects.

· Must be great at estimating tasks, if you can’t do this well please do not apply.

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.

· Knowledge of or ability to pick up on web technologies.

· Must have excellent written and verbal skills.

· Must have initiative and the ability to work independently.

· A background in Web/CS/Engineering is ideal.

Education Required

· You must have a minimum of a BS/BA from a nationally ranked college or university.
