As part of our commitment, we are determined to build and develop the best team of professionals in the industry – people who aren't afraid of spearheading change, who know how to lead and who appreciate endless opportunity.  As a Service Response Manager, you will supervise and provide technical direction to the Facility Service Department including; review and approval of work requests, prepare estimates of time and materials required to accomplish jobs, makes determination as to method of work accomplishment, determination and assignment of proper work priorities, preparation of work schedules for all Physical Plant operations including emergency, periodic maintenance, operations and services and scheduled work orders. Operates and manages a complete computerized database of all work requirements, inputs data, produces reports and schedules, coordinates with all maintenance supervisors and keeps Facilities Manager informed of work plans and status of ongoing work. This position also requires solid financial acumen/cost analysis and office supervisory exp. Bachelors Degree and 2-4 years related  exp. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and clients, must have excellent Written and oral communication skills. Must have the capability to plan, coordinate, analyze, execute and document specific administrative and management functions with a sense of long-term goals for the department. Candidate needs strong computer skills, database administration experience -- computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) experience preferred, solid financial background/experiences with cost tracking/analysis and budget control and knowledge of maintenance and facilities operations.  Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required, PowerPoint preferred.
