Senior Regulatory Review Specialist Job Description Do you have extensive academic program knowledge? Are you savvy in the education industry with a passion for providing students with new opportunities and programs? Then look no further. Career Education Corporation (CEC) is currently recruiting for a Regulatory Review Senior Specialist to provide support for our schools and colleges looking to adopt new programs from certificate/diploma to the master's degree level and higher. The Regulatory Review Senior Specialist will participate in ongoing review and assessment of state and accreditation guidelines and regulations crucial to the quality of learning experience provided to all CEC students. Responsibilities include: reviewing new program and revision applications prior to submission to ensure CEC standards and compliance with state and accrediting agencies, and coordinate regulatory approvals with the Ad Managers as related to revisions, rollout, and marketing consistency. The chosen candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree with at least two years experience in the academic and education field. Regulatory compliance and accreditation knowledge preferred. Decisiveness, flexibility, an ability to adapt to an environment of intense growth and change, and working knowledge of principles of accreditation and new program application specifically with the national and state regulations are a must. The Regulatory Review Senior Specialist will also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and the ability to sell concepts and ideas.
