Senior Benefits Analyst
Howard University invites applications for a full-time Sr. Benefits Analyst. The Senior Benefits Analyst will plan, coordinate and participate in benefit analysis activities, develop recommendations and make formal presentations to management. This position will be responsible for conducting research, developing survey instruments, analyzing and evaluating data A Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or related field and three years of progressive responsible analytical benefit experience is required. Knowledge of PeopleSoft benefits and pension administration is desirable. Salary commensurate with University Guidelines, qualifications and experience, not to exceed $68,000.
