We invite you to join the more than 41,000 professional employees who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children. Job Summary:  This is a part time, 4 days/25 hours per week opportunity.  To reconcile, clear & maintain outstanding items for all corporate bank accounts. Job Responsibilities:  Essential Functions:· Timely and accurate reconciliation· Assist and train other Specialists· Period journal entries· Proactively review processes to improve accuracy and efficiency· Comply with internal controls and protect the assets of the Company· Perform self-review to identify problems and solutions  Non-essential Functions:· Back up customer service – field phone calls from centers and banking institutions  Adaptability Requirements:  Moderate-Position requires a moderate degree of adaptability. Incumbent will need to be flexible to adjust to changing needs of Department.  Working Conditions: Deadline oriented function with overtime necessary at times.  Experience and Education: Associate degree with an accounting/banking background. 4 year degree preferred. Minimum 2 years related work experience requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to reconcile bank to GL transactionsUnderstand flow of bank and GL entriesKnowledge of debits and creditsGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to problem solve and work independently Working knowledge of reconciliation software is preferred*CB*
