This person will serve as the Supervisor for the instructional design team responsible for the design and development of e-learning and blended learning content for all levels of contact center employees and management using the ADDIE or ISD models to include: needs/performance analysis, content design and development, implementation and evaluation.
They will lead course development efforts for large-scale initiatives; work with Line of Business leaders and internal teams to identify project needs and execute on planned projects for all education initiatives within the Enterprise. Serve as the primary client interface and maintain project plans for all training initiatives.
Work with the Training Supervisor(s) to ensure effective implementation and delivery of training for our business customers. Oversee all course material development efforts for the Enterprise College with accountability for design staff development, design efficiencies and performance results. Collaborate with the business to define appropriate processes to manage work flow and requests. This position reports directly to the Dean of the Enterprise College.
Must be willing to travel to various site locations in and out of state as required to conduct needs analysis, work with subject matter experts and delivery of leadership training courses as required. Estimated travel—less than 25%
Qualifications include:
· Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Development, instructional Technologies or related field or relevant technical degree program or equivalent proven experience. Masters in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, MBA in Business a plus
· 5-7 years instructional design and curriculum experience. 3-4 years successful project management experience on mid-size to large projects
· 3- 5 years previous supervisory experience; proven team leadership skills
· Experience in Facilitation: Certification in Leadership, Service, Organizational Development, MBTI desired
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships with internal and external partners
TOOLS:
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Knowledge and experience with basic graphic packages Photo Shop,
· Demonstrated use of advanced e-learning products: Dreamweaver, Coursebuilder, Captivate and Flash
· Demonstrated use of advanced authoring tools: Director, Swish, Flash Action
· Experience with Learning Management Systems
