SQR Report Developer

PURPOSE:

Responsible for maintaining, modifying and enhancing the University's alumni/development Business Intelligence applications.

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:Modify and maintain reporting and Business Intelligence applications.Provide leadership and initiative for resolving issues and questions with the functionality of the reporting and Business Intelligence applications.Help to design and maintain the alumni/development Data Mart (relational Oracle database) and related interfaces.Work with departmental administrators to perform detailed system analysis and design functions, including the development of data flows, system development specifications and documentation.Participate in team projects and assist in the design and implementation of new initiatives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience developing reports and programs with Oracle Hyperion SQR programming language. Preferred: Experience with Oracle Hyperion System 9 Business Intelligence platform; experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase.Knowledge of HTML.Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate well with end-users.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Ability to understand financial and business processes.
