OHIO UNIVERSITY Research Biotechnician The Department of Psychology at Ohio University seeks a Research Biotechnician skilled in the implementation and development of computer applications for physiological (e.g., EMG, EKG, EEG, blood pressure) and general electronic instrumentation to fill a permanent full-time position. Candidates must have experience and expertise in working with programming languages such as Visual Basic, C++, EXCEL, Access, HTML, and ASP. Experience with specialized software (e.g., Labview, Spike, Matlab) and electronic circuit design an asset. The successful applicant will design and develop software for research applications, and develop and maintain specialized equipment for physiological measurement. We seek a candidate with a commitment in working effectively with students, faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds.
