The Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts Dallas, Texas is seeking qualified applicants for the Registrar position. The primary responsibilities are: * Maintain and safeguard the accuracy and security of students' academic records * Manage the registration process for future and current students * Create and distribute student schedules * Maintain and monitor attendance records * Track faculty attendance posting on the school portal * Ensure the campus is compliant with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) * Assist the Director of Education with program and curriculum development * Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and other third parties Skills: The registrar should possess expertise in interpersonal and oral presentation/written communication skills, managerial and leadership skills, strong computer skills, outstanding customer service skills, professional demeanor, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to think out of the box in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a significant plus.
