The RN will maintain positive interaction with staff, students, parents, and professionals. Demonstrate a strong overall work ethic and develop and maintain a positive, healthy relationship with students, serving as a role model.
Job Responsibilities:
•Maintains accurate and organized medical records for each student.
•Schedules caregiver appointments as necessary, and makes transportation arrangements for appointments.
•Keeps parents, mentors and phase leaders apprised of student’s health.
•Orders medications and ensures student prescription medications are kept in supply as needed.
•Distributes medications to students at designated times.
•Attend to students and staff on campus with minor injuries and illnesses.
•Maintain strict student and family confidentially.
•Adhere to all HIPAA and JCAHO regulations.
•Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed.
•Attend weekly staff meetings
•Perform other tasks as defined by the Director of Operations

Requirements
•Minimum of one year required.
•Registered RN with current State of Utah RN license.
•Academic: Current state RN registration.
Scheduling: Must be able to work nights Monday-Friday.
Monday-Thursday 4p.m.-12a.m. and Fridays 3p.m-11:00 p.m.
